Mr. Amit K Gehlot is an Assistant Professor and he has teaching experience of five years in geometry, form development, material explorations and CAD. He has done his post graduation in Design form Indian Institute of Crafts & Design Jaipur. He is regularly working with industry and artisans in rural sector for last nine years. While working with industry he has designed products for international brands like; Zara Home, B&Q, Castorama, Office Depot, The White Company etc. He has worked in Indian crafts sector and documented some of the crafts also.

Ms. Anjali Patni is a senior lecturer in the Fashion Design department. She has a teaching experience of over 12 years and is in constant touch with the industry. She has done Diploma Engineering in Costume Designing & Dress Making, 1989. She Post Graduated in Political Science, and Graduated in Economics Honors from Rajasthan University in 1986. She has also done her Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from NTU, at Pearl Academy of Fashion. Now she is doing Post Graduate in Garment Production and Export Management from Rajasthan University. She has over 5 Years of experience in Designing, in areas of Accessories and Hand Made items. She has also designed Hand Ornaments for US market. She also designed garments for Celebrities. She has designed Syllabus for one year and 3Yr Degree Courses for local chapter. She is co-coordinating PG Programme since Aug. 2007.

Mr. Avinash Sharma is an Instructor in the CAD (Computer Aided Designing) Department. He has a teaching experience of over 3 years and is 5 Year Experience in Jewelry Industry. He Graduated in Commerce from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and Interior Designing in ARCH Institute in 2003. He has also done his Diploma in Animation Course with 3DsMax & MAYA from MAAC Institute. He has Specialism in 3d Software like Gem vision Matrix 6, Rhino 4, 3dsmax etc. He is pursuing MBA from Vivekanand Open University, Jaipur. He has over 7 Years of experience in CAD Designing, in areas of Jewelry and Architect. Gem India Exports as their Designer for CAD. Pink city Color Stone Pvt. Limited as their Designer for CAD, Lakshya Associates as their CAD Designer. He has also run his own CAD/CAM Services unit for 4 years and has worked with renowned national and international Jeweler's.

Mr. Chandravijai Singh is the Consultant / Faculty at Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) Jaipur. He did 5 ½ Years Diploma in Industrial Design with specialization in Furniture Design from National Institute of Design (NID) in 1982. In his career spanning over twenty five years, he has worked as academician (Dean in IICD, Jaipur and Faculty & Coordinator in NID, Ahmedabad, Visiting faculty in School of Planning & Architecture ( Delhi). He has been designer "Golden Eye Exhibition", Festival of India, USA, Designer for Stein Doshi & Bhalla Architects, New Delhi, Designer for Woodworth, Faridabad. Major projects handled by him include assisting internationally reputed Italian Product Designers, Mario Bellini & Ettore Sottsass in developing products of Indian craft origin for western market, production & Export of Sottsass designs to Milan, Italy. His interest lies in Cartoons & illustrations, Photography. He has participated in many international cartoon competitions. His works are in collection with many formations at the Indian Army.

Mr. Deepak Khandelwal is a Senior Lecturer in the B.A. (Hons.) Foundation Level Department. He has a teaching experience of over 13 year\'s and is in constant touch with the Art world. He Post Graduated (M.F.A.) in Printmaking from Faculty of Fine Arts, M. S. University Baroda, India in 1999 and graduated (B.F.A.) in Painting from Rajasthan School of Art, Jaipur in 1996. He has also done his Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education from NTU, at Pearl Academy of Fashion. He has to his credit a 15 years tireless journey of nurturing Contemporary Art in areas of Painting and Graphic Art (Printmaking). He has exhibit his work in numerous solo and group shows since 1995 in India and overseas with renowned artists/art galleries such as JahangirArtGallery, Mumbai; KickArtGallery, Queensland, Australia; U.S. Embassy, New Delhi etc. He has also received several National and State Level Awards and scholarships/grants for his art works. Several National and International Galleries Have Deepak's finest Art work in their personal collections. He is regularly participating in National/International Art shows, exhibitions, seminars and conferences.

Mr. Dhiraj Kumar is the Associate Professor & Founder Course Leader of B.A. (Honors) Jewellery Design Programme offered at Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) Jaipur. He is an alumnus of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi he graduated as an Accessories designer from the 1997 batch of Accessories Design Programme of NIFT, Delhi. He is also an alumnus of Nottingham Trent University (NTU) through his Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE). In his career spanning over Thirteen and half Years he has worked with big names like Emerald Jeweltech - Coimbatore, World Gold Council, Chennai Gold club, Bhima Jewellers, VNM Jewellers, NIFT, Department of Rural Development - Tamilnadu, Ministry of Rural Development, PAF, etc. Other projects in classroom setting with Ruda, Gitanjali jewels, Parampara exports, and many other eminent organisations in the country. He was involved with NIFT, Chennai Accessories Design (As founder Center Coordinator) now known as Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Design Department for initial 4 ½ years. He is nominated by Vice Chancellor of International College for Girls, Jaipur as member of their Board of studies for the last consecutive 4 years.

Mr. Durganshu Arya is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Fashion Design. He has a teaching experience of over two years. He graduated in Textile Engineering in 2002 as specialization in Textile Chemistry. His areas of interests involve Textile Finishing, Dyeing, Printing and Environmental Disposal of Textile Waste. He is also the Coordinator for Industry Relations at Pearl Academy of Fashion, Jaipur. He has over 6 Years of experience in areas of apparels and textiles. He has worked with a renowned Brand ANOKHI as their Production Manager. He is also empanelled as a Senior Designer in the Khadi & Village Industries Commission, Mumbai. He has worked on various projects for developments in Khadi and worked as a Consultant for establishment of Khadi testing laboratories. He has many articles on his credit.

Mr. Harshwardhan Soni is Senior Lecturer in the Fashion Design department at Pearl Academy of Fashion-Jaipur. He has a teaching experience of over 15 years and is in constant touch with the industry. He recently upgraded himself by Graduating with BBA in Fashion Design from IIFT (through The Global Open University, Nagaland). He is a Diploma Holder in Fashion Design & Clothing technology from IIFT-New Delhi in 1998. He has also done Managerial development Programme in Export Documentation & Procedure from MSME (SISI, Jaipur) in 2005. Presently he is also pursuing Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education - PGCHE from NTU, at Pearl Academy of Fashion and is course Coordinator for Fashion design undergraduate Programme at Pearl Academy of Fashion-Jaipur. He has over 15 Years of experience in Designing for domestic as well as international market and academics. He has also run his own garment manufacturing unit and a Fashion Institute named "ENVOG" for 4 years in Hissar and has been in consultancy for solutions & execution for apparel manufacturers.

Ms. Meena Jhala is an Associate Professor and Course Leader of Fashion Design (PG). She has a teaching experience of over 28 years in teaching and about 5 years full-time industry experience. She has a Diploma in Garment Making and a Diploma in Computer-Aided Costume Design & Dress Making from AICTE. Ms. Jhala is also a PG in Textiles & Clothing from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar (2003), and has also cleared the UGC National Eligibility (NET. She is currently enrolled for Ph.D from Rajasthan University. She has also done her Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from NTU at Pearl Academy of Fashion. Ms. Jhala has also been visiting faculty for VGTI, Pune; Army Institute of Fashion, Bangalore; and Architecture College, Rajkot. She also had private fashion design institute under the name of 'Khoobsurat Institute of Art', Rajkot for 12 years, and which had been closely associated with organisations such as Shopper's Stop, Udyog Bharti and SEWA. Ms. Jhala has also written a book on "Woven Textiles of India" for IGNOU/Pearl Academy of Fashion. She regularly presents papers in national and international conferences

Ms. Meenakshi Singh is the Consultant / Faculty at Pearl Academy of Fashion (PAF) Jaipur. She is also course leader for Textile Design. She is B.ED, Diploma in Textile Design (1984-85) and undergone Faulty Development Programme in Apparel & Textile Design from NID, Ahmedabad (1993-95). She has 15 years of experience. She has worked as academician (Faculty in NID, Ahmedabad, Faculty in IICD, Jaipur, Visting faculty in NIFT-Gandhinagar, Resource faculty in Jaipur institute of Foreign trade). She has executed many design development and training projects for OXFAM, KVIC, DCHC, RUDA, Gujarat Sheep and Wool Development Corporation, Mahila patchwork society, Ahmedabad, Society to uplift Rural Economy (SURE), Barmer, Uniform Project for Ahmedabad Muncipal Corporation etc

Meghana Singh has a P.G. Diploma in Crafts Design from Indian Institute of Crafts & Design, Jaipur with specialization in Soft Materials (Textiles, Leather and Paper). She has been in academics and been closely associated with the craft sector for the past six years. She has executed many Design and Technical Development Projects (Craft Sector). She had designed products (bags and clutches, Cushion Covers) and also got involved in window display for IILF, Chennai'09 and International Leather Goods Fair (ILGF), Kolkata'09.

Ms Mitali Sudhalkar is an instructor for Art& Culture/ Cultural Studies, She has completed her Bachelors and Masters programme in Art History and Aesthetics from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She also has a working experience of one year as a Research Assistant

Ms Neerja Palisetty is an Assistant Professor, specializing herself in Merchandising, Production as well as Textile Design areas. She has an experience of over 11 years in industry and academics. She holds a high amount of passion in Pedagogy as well as innovative mode of teaching in Fashion & Apparel Industry. Coming from a family background rich in textiles, Ms Neerja Palisetty has graduated in Clothing & Textiles from MSU, Baroda 1995 with distinction. Currently she has completed her Post graduation in Higher Education from Nottingham, UK and has research interest in Production Methods and Textile Design as well as the Teaching methods in Fashion & Apparel areas. She was a part of the core team who had set up KVIC cell at NID, Ahmedabad and she was also involved at the initial stages of setting up the Design Cell, at DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore. During her Industrial experience, she worked, as Merchandiser with renowned companies in Tirupur which cateres to various buyers like C & A, Hanes, H&M, and CaterPillar. She was also involved with wide variety of consultancy projects involving design & fabric developments. Apart from academics at Pearl she is also involved with handling of resource center and plan clan activities.

Mr. Parul Agarwal is an Assistant Professor in the Fashion Design department. He has a teaching experience of over one and half years and rich industry experience. He is Post Graduated in Fashion Design (Domestic Retail) from Pearl Academy, New Delhi (1999) and graduated in Sociology from Lucknow University in 1997. He has over Years of experience in Designing, in areas of apparels and woven textiles. He has worked with renowned Brands such as RAPEE, Australia as their Head Designer, P & G As senior Merchandiser, Ravissant - Head Designer for Women's wear, others are Satya Paul, Ravi Bajaj, Moltex, Target, Ripley, etc. He has also run his own garment manufacturing unit for 3 years and have worked with renowned national and international brands. Parul's design philosophy is very simple and clear as he believes that clothes should just be an extension of one's intellect. He has worked on unusual fabrics, texturing and detailing, 'fusion' of styles. He describes his own work as an International styling with an Indian soul'.

He has been a student of economics, having worked for British Steel (now Tata Corus) for eight years since 1990. Thereafter he pursued full time agriculture in district Sirohi specializing in a rare medicinal plant which found National recognition. He has been associated with PAF-Jaipur since 2007 teaching communication skills to the foundation students & developing the platform for student activities under Plan Clan.

Ms. Ruchi Jain is the Assistant professor and Course coordinator (Level III) for B.A (Hons.) Jewellery design course offered at Pearl Academy of Fashion, Jaipur. She is a graduate from arts fraternity from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and had done her advanced diploma in Jewellery Design from JPDC, Mumbai, in 1998. She has an experience of 12 years in the jewellery industry with over 5 years in the education, serving big names like Jewellery Product Development Centre, Jaipur International Institute of Fashion Technology, Jaipur and Indian Diamond Institute, Surat and has done various class room projects with Vision Institute ,Jaipur and Indian Diamond Institute, Surat. She also has an experience of working as showroom manager and exhibition coordinator with brands like EROS JEWELLERY and PRASADAM JEWELS, Jaipur.

Mr. Subhra Sanka Chatterjee is an lecturer & Course Coordinator in the Jewellery Design Course. He is teaching Gemology & Jewelry rendering techniques for over 4 years. He has done Diploma in Jewellery Design from Gautam Banerjee Academy of Jewelry Designing, Mumbai, in 1997. He has also done his Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE) from NTU at Pearl Academy of Fashion. He has also done Certificate in Gem Identification from GTL (The Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council), Jaipur in 2008.He has over 12 Years of experience in Jewelry Design in the Industry. He has worked with M/s Chayya Art, (The sister concern of G.B.T.I) Mumbai, as Assistant Designer, Arihant Jewels as a Designer, New Delhi & Hopp Fashions Jewellery Division (A Unit of Pearl Global Limited), New Delhi, as a Chief Designer.

Ms. Taruna Vasu is an Assistant Professor and Course Leader of Fashion Design Undergraduate Program. She has teaching experience of over 10 years and has been engaged in several industry based projects. She graduated with a Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT, Gandhinagar (2000). She has received a Post Graduate Certificate In Higher Education from NTU, at Pearl Academy of Fashion. She has nearly 10 years of experience in teaching Design, Pattern Making and History of Fashion in various institutes. She has been involved in Curriculum development, Curriculum Management and Consultancy with Fashion Institutes in and around Jaipur. She has developed collections for export houses, resource centre and fashion exhibitions. She has been involved in varied projects for Rajasthali, RUDA, Rajasthan Patrika etc. She has co-authored a book on Children's Wear Design for IGNOU in Pearl Academy of Fashion.

Mr. Tushar Gupta is an Instructor and he has teaching experience of one year in Fashion Illustration, Design and CAD. He has done his Graduation in Fashion Design & Technology form Pearl Academy of Fashion, Jaipur. He is working with industry as a freelance Fashion Designer and Graphic artist for two & a half years.

Mr. Vijaya Kumar is a Senior Lecturer in Pearl Academy of Fashion in Jaipur Branch and he has teaching experience of three and half years in Visual Studies Module & Illustration. He Graduated in Painting from Govt. College of Fine Arts Chennai, Tamil naidu. He has over seven years of experience in Academics and Freelance Artist. He has participated in many art shows & he received "Camlin Art Foundation Award"
